“Curtis Simms working for Pearl Computers provided in-field support for Panasonic laptop installations in Laclede Gas vehicles. When discrepancies were discovered after the fleet installation was completed, Curtis was sent to resolve these issues. He and his co-worker coordinated a schedule to correct deficiencies with minimal disruption to Laclede’s fleet operation. He planned the necessary work to correct and repair all issues surrounding the Panasonic PC operations in Laclede’s fleet. Curtis provided professional expertise and was very personable and detailed about his work. The field work maintained the planned schedule that was established and was completed on-time regardless of the weather conditions. Curtis’s commitment to provide customer service with minimal disruption was very much appreciated. It required visits to multiple sites at various locations throughout Laclede’s distribution system. Curtis performed whatever additional requests that were made by Laclede and work was completed to the satisfaction of Laclede Gas. His professionalism and workmanship was very much appreciated.
